The Taste Appraiser


It will be considered as a fiction or an exaggeration if it is rightly mentioned here that Dr. Bhaktavatsalam is a talented cook, nutrition scientist, dietrician and food science scholar. Taste studies, health research, waste control, varieties management and food therapy are some of the new areas in which he remains as an unopposed eye opener. Without any reservation and hesitation, wherever he goes, he supervises, advises and also responsibly tastes the food items and brings order, novelty, richness and royalty in cooking and serving process. Having him inside our kitchen is indeed an enthralling experience.
